Wing will open next year a new 4-star hotel with direct terminal access to the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The hotel will be operated under a management agreement with Accor.

The new Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel has reached the stage of structural completion and will be inaugurated in Q2 2025. The construction is handled by Swietelsky Magyarorszag Kft. and Bernecker Zrt. The hotel will include 167 rooms and will target both business and leisure travellers.

Wing said that Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel will be operating in direct connection with the three-star ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel, which opened in 2018.

“As Hungary's largest international airport is a key location for the Hungarian tourism industry, the opening of the Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel in 2025 will be a major milestone for both WING and the airport. The new facility will further expand the airport's service infrastructure, and our Group will join the select club of real estate developers that have already delivered at least 1,000 hotel rooms in Hungary," said Noah Steinberg, CEO of Wing.

Balazs Bogats, Deputy Chief Commercial Officer of Budapest Airport, added that the new hotel opening comes on the backdrop of growing passenger traffic that is set to exceed 2024 the record from 2019.

The hotel’s facilities will include a conference space, meeting rooms, rooftop sky bar as well as a lounge and terrace. The design of TRIBE Budapest Airport Hotel follows the concept of Ester's Partners.

Wing aims to obtain the BREEAM green building certification for the hotel.
