Belgian company WDP, which is developing logistics and industrial spaces, has €116 million worth ongoing projects locally, according to data from the 2020 financial report. Last year, WDP finalised 223,000 sqm of logistics after an investment of €134 million.


WDP has under construction new warehouses with an area of ​​188,000 sqm all over the country. The company will deliver this year a warehouse of 22,000 sqm for the retailer LPP, and one of 10,000 sqm for Decathlon, both in the logistics park from Ștefăneștii de Jos. Two warehouses of 58,000 sqm in Craiova and another of 12,000 sqm in Roman will also be delivered for Profi retailer. Another 11,000 sqm warehouse for Rosti in Paulesti is scheduled for delivery this year.

€10 million are allocated for new projects: one of 2,200 sqm at Cluj for FedEx and one of 15,600 sqm near Bucharest for Eobuwie.

Locally, the company has a portfolio of over 1 million sqm of logistics and industrial space, valued at €742 million and has a market share of 21%.
