TFG Asset Management, a company providing services to the owner of the building - GNT Ventures Gdańsk, has chosen Walter Herz as sole agent for the lease of space in CUBE Office Park complex, located at Pałubickiego Street in Gdańsk. The cooperation includes the commercialization of office buildings offering a total leasable area of over 19.7 thousand sqm.

CUBE Office Park is an office complex consisting of three five-storey buildings with reception desks and fast and silent elevators, offering class A space, which was built in 2013 - 2014. The facility has 637 parking spaces in underground car parks and 360 ground-level parking spaces.

The complex provides tenants and their clients with infrastructure for cyclists, including bicycle racks, a changing room and showers. The property has a staff canteen with an outdoor garden and a charging station for cars, and a fitness centre with squash courts in its immediate vicinity.

CUBE Office Park is located in the Gdańsk district of Jasien, at Pałubickiego Street, east of the centre of Gdańsk. The complex is located between three access roads: Leszczynowa, Kartuska and Armii Krajowej. Direct connection to Aleja Armii Krajowej provides excellent access to the facility for people using private transport. The office building also has excellent access to public transport, thanks to numerous bus lines and the metropolitan railway connecting Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport can be reached within 15 minutes.

"I am convinced that the knowledge and experience of Walter Herz will be a great support in the process of commercialization of our complex. In addition to high-quality workspace, CUBE Office Park offers tenants the opportunity to relax among nature, thanks to terraces and an attractively arranged, green outdoor relaxation zone with beehives and an apiary. The complex is an ideal choice for companies focused on work-life balance and people who value physical activity due to the nearby paths for cyclists and runners. It is also a suitable location for tenants whose character of work requires the use of a large number of cars, and thus parking spaces", says Adrian Bojczuk, Leasing Director at TFG Asset Management.

"We are glad that TFG Asset Management entrusted us with the exclusive commercialization of the CUBE Office Park complex. Taking over the responsibility for renting space in this project is another step in the development of the young, Tri-City branch of Walter Herz. High-quality office space available in the complex that can be arranged in a flexible way will certainly attract new tenants looking for well-priced space to work in Gdańsk. The office buildings meet the requirements of tenants representing various industries who want to provide their employees with a sustainable work environment", says Jarosław Zdzitowiecki, Associate Partner / Head of Tricity at Walter Herz.
