UDI Group has sold Sázava Logistics Park to the British group SEGRO European Logistics Partnership. The park has more than 46,000 sqm of space in four fully leased halls.

The logistics company WEDO (now part of Allegro) has located its sorting and distribution center for the entire Czech Republic and Slovakia here. The largest of the halls is used by the Nagel Group, which stores food for Czech retail here. Marimex also has a central distribution in the complex, and the freight forwarding company Emons has a warehouse for the entire Czech Republic.

Its construction required an investment of around a billion crowns. Almost 300 employees have found work in the four operations. The group is currently building another similar complex, offering 130,000 sqm of space in three halls on the D5 highway. The investment is CZK 3.5 billion (€1.4 billion).

Both parties have agreed not to comment on the sale price.
