Since August, UBM Development Czechia has been building and now selling the second phase of its residential project Arcus City in Prague-Reporyje. Within this phase, 63 apartments and several commercial units will be built. The completion of this phase is scheduled for the end of 2024. In total, over 270 apartments, 10 family houses and several commercial units will be built in the project in three phases.

The second phase of the Arcus City residential project in Prague Řepojích has been under construction since the summer by the UBM Development group, which has now started selling individual apartments in this phase too. The offer of the apartment building with three towers G, H, I includes apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk with sizes from 38.9 sqm to 101 sqm. Each unit has a spacious balcony, terrace or front garden. The apartments are equipped with large wooden windows and wooden floors. Of course, there are cellars and parking spaces in the basement of the building. Retail units are suitable for small shops or services. UBM also takes care of the environment during the construction process and the apartment building is realized with BREEAM environmental certification. The project will also include a bus stop connecting the residential area with the B Stodůlky metro station. The completion of the first phase of Arcus City with 150 flats is planned for the second half of 2023 and the second phase for December 2024. The apartment buildings of the third phase will be built by the developer partly in a combination of wood and other building materials as modern wooden buildings made of solid wood panels.

"Acquiring a home of their own is becoming increasingly difficult for many interested parties due to the current situation associated with rising mortgage interest rates. Thanks to our cooperation with Hypoasistent, we have the opportunity to obtain financing for the purchase of an apartment on more favourable terms," says Alice Slámová, marketing and sales director of UBM Development Czechia. "In order to make an important life decision easier for our clients, we offer the possibility of using a payment plan when buying a property at this stage. The interested party will pay 15% of the purchase price at the beginning, 5% in one year and 80% will be paid after the completion of the apartment, all without any increase in the purchase price," adds Alice Slámová.
