Over 230 real estate projects in Romania have been certified to meet health, safety and sustainability standards and the pandemic has boosted the efforts of developers to meet targets for such ratings, according to Colliers. 

Optim Project Management has completed its work on the new 6,715 sqm ibis Timișoara City Center for Hotel Development SA, a company owned by brothers Emil and Marius Cristescu.

CTP announced its expansion plans for the Transylvania area. United Business Center 3 in Timișoara has become the only LEED ‘Platinum’ certified office building in Romania outside Bucharest and the third one in the country.

The works for Speedwell’s newest project, Paltim, will soon kick off in the city of Timișoara. The demolition permit has been issued and the works are set to start in the first part of July 2020.

Sapient Vest, a company controlled by Slovakia’s Slovunit AS, is planning to develop a logistics park in Timișoara. Sagului Logistic Center will spread over 400,000 sqm on Calea Sagului, economica.net reports.
