REICO ČS Nemovitostní (RČSN) continues to clean up its real estate portfolio. It has recently sold the Rohan Business Centre building in Prague's Karlín district. The buyer is the newly established Fio real estate fund from the Fio investment company. The transaction price was CZK 740 million (€31.2 million).
REICO ČS Nemovitostní fund (RČSN) has renewed its portfolio. After purchasing the multifunctional property Bořislavka Centrum in Prague and the logistics park Panattoni Park Tychy DC2 last year, it has now proceeded to sell the Office Box office building in Bratislava, one of its longest-held properties. The building was purchased by MOVYS Invest, a Slovak company which focuses primarily on providing services in the telecommunications sector.
REICO ČS LONG LEASE, managed by REICO IS ČS is acquiring the APS consumer battery manufacturing site located in Gniezno, Poland. The value of the fund's new acquisition amounts to approximately CZK 511 million (€20.4 million). The fund has already added this third property to its portfolio since its inception in May last year.
pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €118 million credit facility to REICO ČS NEMOVITOSTNÍ, the biggest open-ended real estate fund on the Czech market, managed by REICO, an investment company of Česká spořitelna. The facility will be used to fund the acquisition of two newly built logistic properties in Upper Silesia as well as for the refinancing of an office building in Warsaw.
The REICO ČS LONG LEASE fund managed by REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s., is buying BWI’s research and development centre in Kraków, Poland. The value of the fund’s new acquisition is approximately CZK 700 million (€27.3 million).
Czech investment company REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. (REICO IS ČS) as of February has appointed Savills as property manager for its Prague office complex Bořislavka. Savills will work in cooperation with Active Retail Asset Management (ARAM) who will manage the retail scheme within the asset.
The Česká Spořitelna Real Estate Fund (Nemovitostní fond České spořitelny) is buying the Bořislavka Centrum shopping and office complex from KKCG Real Estate Group. With the acquisition, the fund has increased the number of buildings under its management to 21 and the value of its real estate portfolio exceeds CZK 38 billion, REICO announced in a press release. The parties didn't disclose the transaction price.
ČS NEMOVITOSTNÍ FOND, managed by REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s., is expanding its portfolio with the addition of the second phase of the Panattoni Park Tychy located between the Polish cities of Tychy and Bieruň, Poland. The total number of properties in the fund’s portfolio thus increased to 20, with the share of industrial properties in the fund’s portfolio reaching approximately 14%.
The ČS nemovitostní fond, managed by REICO, is acquiring Panattoni Park Tychy DC1 in Poland. The value of the acquisition is approximately CZK 1.1 billion (€42 million). This brings the number of properties owned by the fund to 19.
REICO’s ČS real estate fund has decided to sell the Platinium office building in Brno to Czech investment group RSBC. The Platinium building was the longest-held property in the fund's portfolio.
Another brand from the CCC Group portfolio has joined the tenants of Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra. The new CCC store will occupy 725 sqm of space. Customers can also do their shopping at the new Rossmann drugstore (450 sqm).
The EPP-owned Galaxy shopping centre in Szczecin is strengthening its offer by developing its partnership with HalfPrice. The relaunched showroom now has a wider assortment and larger floor space - about 3,200 sqm.
Homepark Janki is expanding its offer with a new shop selling electric bikes by Engwe. The brand's first Polish showroom has taken up an area of 108 sqm.

Karol Czupryński has joined the management board of Empik. He will take the position of Chief Commercial Officer. Czupryński has previously worked at Allegro, Procter & Gamble and Boston Consulting Group, among others.
Marcin Grabara officially takes over the reins at Rossmann SDP sp z.o.o. from 24 May. He will replace Marek Maruszak as president, who is retiring after 24 years with the company.

Maciej Skubiszewski has been named the new Senior Leasing Manager. he will be responsible for the implementation of the leasing strategy as well as the commercialization and re-commercialization of space in office buildings in CPIPG's portfolio - Central Tower, Concept Tower and Chałubińskiego 8 (CH8).
