Romanian developer Iulius has announced plans for a new office building in the Palasi Iași complex. This will be the eight-office building in the complex that will be developed following an investment of around €40 million.
Romanian developer Iulius has inaugurated Palas Campus, the biggest office building in Romania with a total leasable area of 60,000 sqm, of which 54,000 sqm are offices and the rest retail premises. The project was completed in three years following an investment of more than €120 million.
Romanian developer Iulius has installed photovoltaic panels on the roofs of all eight properties in its portfolio as part of an investment that totaled more than €3.5 million that will help the company save up to 10% of the total energy consumed across the group.

The space occupied by the firm will reach 445 sqm. Europ Assistance Polska will remain in the office building for longer - the lease agreement for an area of over 1.3 thousand sqm has been extended by one year. MDSap IT company will also continue its cooperation with CPIPG. The company's office occupies 626 sqm.
Port Lotniczy Gdańsk has signed an agreement with BBK, which owns the home&you and Essex brands, to lease over 3,600 sqm of space in the Alpha Airport City Gdańsk office building.
