The new Managing Director of MVGM Property Management Czech is Ondřej Fukal, who joined the team at the beginning of October, the company announced on LinkedIn. 

The Polish office buildings owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital - the Diamentum Office in Wrocław, Okrąglak and Kwadraciak in Poznań, Forum 76 in Łódź, Opera Office in Gdańsk and Vinci Office Center in Kraków - have renewed the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. MVGM was responsible for the certification process of the office buildings.

MVGM has been appointed by Hansainvest Real Assets to manage 44,000 sqm of space in two logistics centres: Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X.

The joint venture by Acteeum Group and Equilis Europe is the largest retail park opened this year in Poland. The inaugural ceremony of the 24,000 sqm development was held on November 25th.

Patrizia has appointed JLL as the commercialization agent for its office portfolio in Poland, consisting of eight buildings with space totaling approx. 65,000 sqm. JLL acts as a partner of MVGM, the new property manager of Patrizia’s portfolio.

Mountfield, Europe’s largest specialised retailer of garden machinery, swimming pools and home and garden equipment, has chosen the Shopping Palace centre as the site of its new store in Slovakia. Managing the shopping centre since 2013, the MVGM team has created a compact retail space for Mountfield, which covers 1,500 square metres and also includes a warehouse and suitable office space. On the occasion, MVGM summarised the state of Slovakia’s retail market.

The international property management company, MVGM Group took under management the NorthLight Residence residential complex in Bucharest with a total of 110 apartments and developed by InteRo Property Development.

MVGM has taken over the management of Forum 76, the office building located in Łódź and belonging to Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. Sharow Capital is responsible for asset management. The handover of the building took place in March, during the server lockdown measures that have been implemented in Poland. The majority of the process has had to be completed virtually.

Dutch-based property manager MVGM announced the closing in Poland as part of the previously announced acquisition of JLL’s European property management business and the alliance partnership in 10 European countries. As of today, the JLL activities in Portugal and Spain are also integrated into the MVGM company. This marks the completion of the acquisition which includes an additional 12 million square meters to the MVGM European portfolio and access to additional high-profile clients including leading global real estate investors.

MVGM closed the acquisition in Germany, Slovakia and Romania as part of its deal to acquire JLL’s European property management business and the alliance partnership in 10 European countries.
