Mulberry Development, the real estate company founded by entrepreneur Ovidiu Șandor, has announced the start of a new building within the ISHO complex in Timișoara. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately, with delivery targeted for the end of 2027 or early 2028, while over 30% of apartments in ISHO C have already been reserved.

Real estate developer Mulberry Development, controlled by businessman Ovidiu Șandor, has obtained the building permit for the Radisson Blu hotel in Timișoara. The 160-room hotel will be completed in 2021. The hotel will be operated by the Radisson Hotel Group.

Radisson Blu and Mulberry Development will create an international upper upscale hotel in Timisoara, the main social, economic and cultural hub in Western Romania - and the European Capital of Culture for 2021.
