Forestay Group has organised a topping-out ceremony of the Moxy Budapest Downtown, a 283-room hotel set to open in spring 2026 on Budapest's historic Kazinczy Street. 

Moxy Hotels, a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio, has announced plans to reach the 100-hotel mark in its Europe region by the end of 2025, which will include several openings in CEE/SEE-based cities. 

Moxy Belgrade has arrived in Serbia’s capital city. The 131-guestroom hotel is located in the city centre, nestled in the corner of Njegoseva Street which sits within one of the oldest cultural neighbourhoods of Belgrade. The property is located just a few minutes walk from Slavija, one of the biggest and most famous city squares.
