Savills has appointed a CEO of Central and Eastern Europe. Current Managing Director of the Czech Republic & Slovakia, Stuart Jordan, will take on the role, having successfully developed the Czech Savills business since 2017, including its recent expansion of operations into Slovakia.

Colliers has appointed new managers to lead its industrial and investment divisions in the Czech Republic. Miroslav Kotek has been promoted to head of the industrial real estate team while Omar Sattar has been brought in to head up the real estate investment team. Revetas Group announces a new strategic partnership with Edgar Rosenmayr, who joined the Revetas team as Senior Advisor. He will bring strategic support for Revetas with ongoing fundraising and transaction advice and will work closely with Senior Management and the Investment Management team.

Ghelamco has announced changes in the management board of its Polish companies. As of 14 April 2023, Paul Gheysens, owner and founder of Ghelamco, took over as President of the Management Board, and Jarosław Zagórski became the new Managing Director, replacing Jeroen van der Toolen in this position. The board was also expanded with the addition of new members: Michael Gheysens, Marie-Julie Gheysens, Chris Heggerick and Rafał Gierczak.

Effective from the beginning of March 2023, Urszula Matej-Bil has been appointed Management Board Member responsible for marketing and communications at EPP, the largest asset manager of retail real estate located in Poland. She has been at the company since 2019 when she joined its structures as PR and Communications Director.

Polish warehouse developer 7R has appoin­ted Michał Białas as a Member of the Management Board. Michał Białas will continue to develop the company, expand the real estate portfolio, and support leasing.

Greenman Poland, asset manager and developer of retail assets formerly known as Newbridge Poland, has announced the appointment of Barbara Wojdełko as its CEO following Greenman Group’s acquisition of the business.

Starting November 2022, Agnieszka Ciupak joined GTC Poland as Executive Director. In her newly-created role, she will be responsible for all operations of the office sector, including leasing, fit-out, asset management, facility management, as well as marketing and company-wide HR.
