Garanti BBVA bank has extended its lease in YUNITY Park project for the next five years, maintaining its 7,200 sqm HQ in the building owned by Genesis Property. With the recent transaction, the lender will reach 20 years of constant presence in the same business campus. 

Liviu Tudor, Founder and Chairman of Genesis Property, spoke to Property Forum about the development status of the YUNITY Park project in northern Bucharest and the upgraded experience that offices have to offer to tenant companies and their employees for future growth.

Romanian developer Genesis Property will invest €50 million in the transformation of office complex Novo Park into YUNITY Park, a campus that will include co-working and co-living spaces. The project spanning seven buildings with a leasable area of 75,000 sqm will be completed in the first quarter of 2023. 

Romanian developer Genesis Property says that its IMMUNE Building Standard is also covering the residential sector, on top of the office and industrial segments. 

Liviu Tudor, Chairman of Genesis Property talked to Property Forum about the new IMMUNE Building Standard and the hybrid future of work that will shape the development of the office industry in the years to come. 

Building H3, part of West Gate Business District, in Bucharest, got the highest certification level of the IMMUNE Building Standard. The offices, owned by Genesis Property, are fully occupied by telecom company Ericsson.

Romanian entrepreneur Liviu Tudor has announced plans to revamp Novo Park, the office park he owns in northern Bucharest. The office facades will be refreshed and solar panels will be placed on top of each of the seven buildings in the complex.
