The transformation of the Tesla Pardubice brownfield into a modern urban district for 750 residents has reached its final stage. The implementation, which is taking place on a 2.5-hectare plot of land under the direction of the development company Linkcity and the general contractor VCES, has already started in 2021.

Linkcity has started the implementation of its first apartment building made of timber in the Czech Republic. The residence has become part of the last stage of the Nová Tesla urban district currently under construction, which is being built on a large former urban brownfield in Pardubice. 

The mixed-use Residence Stodolní by developer Linkcity is replacing a complex of dilapidated buildings in the existing central development right next to the Plato modern art gallery in Ostrava. The whole area is transforming thanks to a new pedestrian zone with greenery as a joint investment of the city and the developer.

Ostrava is dynamically changing for the better, partly through civic initiatives but mainly thanks to key development investments with the support of the city. One of the basic conditions for the revival of the city centre is also an increase in the number of residents. Currently, a private investor is planning construction on a brownfield at the intersection of Stodolní, Porážková and Masná streets. The city selected the location as its development area and put out a tender for the land. The winning project was Rezidence Stodolní from the development company Linkcity.

A new residential district with almost 240 flats will be built in Ostrava's most populous district Jih. The project in Středoškolská will also include parking spaces, a park, and sports facilities. The investor will be Linkcity Czech Republic, which will pay a minimum of CZK 29 million excluding VAT (€1.2 million) for the land. Gabriela Pokorná, a spokeswoman for the municipality, told reporters, according to the ČTK news agency.

The city of Pardubice is transferring one of its largest brownfields, the area of ​​the former Tesla Kyjevská, to Linkcity Czech Republic. The new owner will embark on the reconstruction of this area into a new residential district with 250 apartments, a supermarket and 10 terraced houses.

LiNK Hradec Králové, the first of a number of planned industrial and logistics projects by LinkCity Czech Republic and Cromwell Property Group, has been completed.
