Polish residential developer Develia spent close to 174 million złoty on land acquisitions in the first half of 2026, securing plots for more than 1,600 homes in the Warsaw Metropolitan Area and Katowice. The seven purchases included sites in Białołęka for over 370 units, Bemowo for around 120 units, Pruszków for over 360 units, and a student residence of 360 rooms on Bielany. A plot in Katowice carries capacity for nearly 450 homes. Despite the pace of new project launches, the company's land bank stands at approximately 16,000 units.
