EAM completes €70 million logistics project near Warsaw
Eika Asset Management (EAM) has completed the first phase of its North Warsaw Nowy Modlin logistics centre near Warsaw. The Warsaw North Logistic Park facility spans over 28,000 sqm and has received its occupancy permit, with Kajima Poland serving as general contractor for the €70 million project.

Lithuanian investor launches new project in North Warsaw
Eika Asset Management (EAM), part of the Eika Group, has begun development of a logistics park in Nowy Modlin, north of Warsaw. The first phase comprises 28,000 sqm of A-class warehouse space, nearly 60% of which is already pre-leased. Bricomarché, a leading home and garden retailer in Poland, is the anchor tenant, represented by SQM Advisory. Waimea Holding is the project developer and Kajima Poland the general contractor.

Kajima Poland & Hymon deliver PV project for NGK Ceramics Polska
Polish photovoltaic installation companies Kajima Poland and Hymon have completed the construction of a new solar plant for a facility operated by NGK Ceramics Polska in Dąbrowa Górnicza, southern Poland.

New leases
- Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
- Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
