The first phase of Skanska's H2Offices has earned a Platinum Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core and Shell version 4 certification with 84 points, which is currently the highest score in Hungary. Based on its accessibility features, the building also obtained the highest rating of Access4You certification, meaning Gold level.

Hungarian property developer and investor Indotek Group has appointed Tamás Simon as the new Sales and Leasing Director. He will be responsible for leasing spaces in offices, warehouses and logistics centres managed by the Group. He will continue to oversee the leasing activities of the retail centres owned by Indotek. 

The Supervisory Board of CA Immo has decided on the reclassification of Hungary to strategically non-core, and simultaneously authorised the Management Board to initiate all relevant activities related to exiting the market, either through platform sale, sub-portfolio sale, or individual asset sales. The company wants to concentrate on its core portfolio, located predominantly in Austria and Germany. After several months of declining the number of residential property transactions concluded in Hungary has risen in May. Mortgage lending also showed signs of recovery, brokerage firm Duna House reports. 

Lightware Zrt, a significant tech company has chosen Hungária Office Park (HOP) developed by Hungarian company Wing. The new tenant is moving its headquarters to the park in autumn 2023, to a 7000 sqm office building, which the developer will fully renovate. Wing was represented by the Eston International agency during the lease negotiations.

Hungarian real estate developer and investor Indotek Group has acquired two shopping centres, one located in Valencia and the other in Barcelona, from Socimi Merlin Properties. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed, Forbes reports.

MOL Campus, the headquarters of the biggest company in Hungary, has already obtained a BREEAM Excellent certification. The complex offers 86,000 sqm of office and some retail space on 28 floors to host 2,500 staff.
