Alfa Group has acquired the majority of the Iride Park project from CPI Romania, for an undisclosed sum.

The leased area will host Leventer Hospital, the country's first private dermatology and surgical oncology hospital that will open in 2024 following an investment of around €10 million.

Real estate group Immofinanz says it has reopened over 10,000 sqm of leasable space in VIVO! Baia Mare and added new retailers as part of an investment of €7 million in overhauling the shopping centre.
