Czech investment company Fidurock is expanding its portfolio. The latest acquisition, which took place in Trutnov, concerns one of the largest retail parks in the Czech Republic. According to idnes.cz, representatives of the investment holding company signed an agreement on the sale of Retail Park Trutnov with representatives of the Czech Real Estate Investment Fund at the end of June. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
Fidurock, the Czech/Dutch company that owns Retail Park Trnava, has started to build phase II of the project, which is located in Western Slovakia, 44 km northeast of Bratislava. The extension of this retail park is planned to be completed by the end of this year.
Czech-Dutch investment company Fidurock has commenced the construction of the second phase of the Staré Město retail park project. The extension will expand the current 4,100 sqm building with 500 sqm.
In October 2021, Hotel Astral became the second hotel in Fidurock's residential portfolio. On an area of 2,689 sqm, it offers its visitors a total of 60 comfortably furnished rooms, a modern conference room with a capacity of up to 100 seats and a summer terrace for quiet outdoor seating.
By purchasing a 50% stake in a business partner, Fidurock has become the 100% owner of Retail Park Choceň on June 8, 2021. With this step, the company completed the acquisition, which began in 2018 with the purchase of 50% of building land. The construction itself began in April 2020 with the opening to the public taking place in December of the same year.
Dutch-Czech real estate investment company Fidurock has opened a new retail park Choceň in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. The retail park comprises 10 units with Penny Market as the main tenant, occupying an area of 1,300 sqm. Other tenants include Pepco, KiK, Okay elektro, Rossmann, ZZN, a pharmacy and others.
Dutch-Czech real estate investment company Fidurock has obtained a zoning decision for the construction of a new retail park in Piešťany, Western Slovakia. The company acquired the land plot back in July 2018.
Echo Investment has signed lease agreements covering a total of almost 3.5 thousand sqm of space in Katowice's Face2Face Business Campus. The largest contract covered a space of 1.35 thousand sqm, which will be occupied by a Medicover clinic for the next few years.
GreenWay, a provider of electromobility solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, is to join the ranks of tenats of Łużycka Plus. The company has just moved in to a 1,850 sqm office. The building is now fully leased.
Sii Polska has extended its lease of almost 4,700 sqm of office space in the Metron office building in Warsaw until 2029. The company, which has been present in the building since 2011, is its largest tenant.

Anna Vondrackova has joined the team of REassurance company as Senior Transaction Advisor in Prague. She has a solid background as a real estate lawyer and brings strong legal knowledge.
In September, Michal Berski took up the position of head of the warehouse sector at CBRE Poland. He has been with the company for over 10 years. In his new role, he manages strategy and the development of all business lines within the warehouse and industrial sector.
Slawomir Czarnecki is the new president of Grupa Muszkieterów and ITM Poland. He has replaced David de Bosschère. The new CEO is the owner of the Bricomarché shop in Świecie and has many years of experience in trade, as well as in the Group's internal structures.
