Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory has an area of over 34,000 sqm.

Panattoni has been granted financing to develop a factory for global lighting producer Trilux. The loan of €18.3 million was granted by Alior Bank.

Neinver and Nuveen Real Estate have successfully raised around €170 million in debt financing for the Polish portfolio of Neptune, a joint venture between Neinver and TIAA.

Bulgarian malt producer Malteries Soufflet, one of the world's three leading operators in the malt industry and a subsidiary of the European agricultural group InVivo, will invest €56 million in constructing a new malt plant near the city of Pleven.

Glavbolgarstroy has inaugurated a fасtоrу for  pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures near Раzаrdzhіk, Bulgaria. The newly–opened plant provides 63 jobs, with a capacity of 80,000–140,000 square metres of built–up area per year, and a wide selection of frame construction schemes. The іnvеѕtmеnt amounts €6 mіllіоn (ВGN 10 mіllіоn).

The Czech patent and pins factory owned by Koh-i-Noor Waldes is moving out of Prague after 120 years. Due to the merge with Massag factory the company is heading to Bílovec now. The current owner Pražská správa nemovitostí (PSN) plans to transform the historical factory buildings in the Prague Vršovice complex into a multifunctional project with 550 modern apartments and shops, e15.cz reports.

Panattoni has begun construction of a BTS centre for Solaris Bus & Coach. It is to be a warehouse with an area of over 10,000 sqm in Bolechowo near Poznań – just 150 m from the company’s current factory. The buildings will be connected by road and will share utilities. The Solaris BTS centre is to be completed at the end of the first quarter or the beginning of the second quarter of 2022. 

The 7R City Park Poznań complex will house the first European plant of the Ningbo Tuopu Group, a Chinese automotive company. Tuopu cooperates with global brands from the automotive sector, such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Ford, Geely and General Motors. The Poznań factory, with an area of over 30 000 sqm, will produce components for electric cars. It will employ 450 people.

Panattoni is to build an advanced hi-tech manufacturing and warehouse complex for AZZ Specialty Welding Europe, a provider of specialised welding services for customers in various business sectors, including fossil power, refining, waste-to-energy, chemical processing and nuclear power. The 12,820 sqm facility will be located in Radom. The construction project is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2020, while the tenant should be able to move in in March 2021.

Panattoni will build a dedicated facility for Weber, US manufacturer of grills and accessories. The 50,000-square-metre BTS (built-to-suit) facility will be developed in Zabrze and the tenant will move into in August 2021.
