Zeitgeist Asset Management has launched renting apartments and studios in the newly completed Delta Hagibor Residence on the border of Vinohrady, Strašnice and Žižkov in Prague. Invesco Real Estate owns the project and Zeitgeist has been given the mandate for its complete leasing and management.

The abandoned brownfield of the former Poldi Kladno steel mill in the Czech Republic is soon to be transformed. On a large part of the area belonging to the RSJ investment group, the developer Panattoni has started construction of industrial halls this summer, reports E15.cz.

UDI Group is going to build a new shopping centre in Líbeznice near Prague with a Billa supermarket as the main tenant. The developer is now negotiating with other tenants for the other six units. 

The Czech industrial RE market has experienced a record growth of interest in renting new premises, especially from companies linked to e-commerce triggering extensive speculative construction. This year in March Passerinvest Group has opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, which, in addition to administrative areas, is offering 1,600 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor, and another 700 sqm dedicated to a canteen with a cafe. The commercial units located on the ground floor of the seven-floor building are now fully leased.
