Cresco Real Estate has received the green light for its project at the Bratislava waterfront. The redevelopment of the site previously housing the city's cultural centre has been on the table since at least the beginning of the 21st century, reports yimba.sk.

Interest in new housing in Bratislava is not waning, and real estate developers are responding to it by revising their projects. Several residential projects are planned in the vicinity of Lake Kuchajda in Bratislava. The investor duo Cresco Real Estate and Wood & Company have advanced in preparing the continuation of Lakeside Park and have received a zoning decision from the local authority, reports index.sme.sk.

New housing demand has been affected lately by various fluctuations in Slovakia; nevertheless, residential development has proved to be an interesting segment, reports sme.sk.
