Revetas completes final disposal of €100 million Prague portfolio

Revetas announced the successful disposal of the remaining assets of its Revetas Capital Fund II’s Project Papa office portfolio in Prague, bringing the total transaction value to over €100 million. One of the four assets initially comprised in the portfolio, BBC Vila, has previously been sold to Passerinvest Group. The three remaining buildings with a total GLA of c. 33,000 sqm are located in close proximity of each other in the Karlin neighbourhood of Prague’s 8th district and were acquired by local real estate group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Penta Real Estate sells Prague office buildings to ČMN and CFHG

Penta Real Estate has sold the Churchill Square office complex near Prague’s main railway station for more than €150 million (CZK 4 billion) to Českomoravská Nemovitostní and Corporate Finance House Group. This is the largest office transaction on the Czech investment market this year. The acquisition was financed by German bank Helaba.

New leases

  • Freundschaft is joining the tenants of the N21 office building in Warsaw. The advertising agency will move into its new premises in May 2024. The company will occupy over 500 sqm of space in the facility.
  • Bank Pocztowy has decided to extend its lease agreement for a space of approximately 2.6 thousand sqm in the Corner House office building on Puławska Street in Warsaw. In the process of renegotiating the lease agreement, the bank was supported by the consulting agency Corees Polska.
  • The MAK Group of insurance companies has decided to remain in its current HQ in the Nefryt building in Warsaw's Mokotow district. The company will remain based in an office of approximately 2,500 sqm for the next six years.

New appointments

  • DVM group, an integrated architectural and construction services provider is restructuring its design department. Ákos Csécsei has been appointed to head the architectural design department and Tímea Fekete-Tóth to lead the interior design department. The managers have grown with the company, with multiple projects to their name.
  • Meta Estate Trust has named Adela Antone as Investment Director. She has around 20 years’ worth of experience in the banking and real estate sectors.
  • The Gdańsk-based consultancy agency Querco Property is expanding its team of advisors in the industrial department at its new branch in Warsaw. Grzegorz Furmanek has joined the group of experts, who - as a negotiator - will also handle technical consultancy for clients.
