ČMN buys three office buildings in Prague
Local investor Českomoravská Nemovitostní has expanded its portfolio with three properties in Prague's Karlín district with a total area of more than 30,000 sqm. The company bought the Zirkon, Apeiron (Ruby) and Corso Karlín office buildings.

Penta Real Estate sells Prague office buildings to ČMN and CFHG
Penta Real Estate has sold the Churchill Square office complex near Prague’s main railway station for more than €150 million (CZK 4 billion) to Českomoravská Nemovitostní and Corporate Finance House Group. This is the largest office transaction on the Czech investment market this year. The acquisition was financed by German bank Helaba.

ČMN completes €74.5 million Prague office acquisition
Czech real estate group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) has completed the €74.5 million (CZK 2 billion) acquisition of two office buildings, City West C1 and C2 in Prague's Stodůlky area. The seller is Luxembourg-registered Capital Financial Holdings (CFH). Raiffeisenbank provided financing for the acquisition.

ČMN fund acquires Prague office building
By purchasing the Mezi Vodami 31 office building in Modřany, Prague, the NEMO Real Estate Fund, established by Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), expanded the total area of its office portfolio to 17,500 sqm. The value of the Fund’s portfolio now reaches €47.7 million (CZK 1.3 billion).

New leases
- The recreational offering at Fort Wola has been further enhanced. Zdrofit fitness club, which has operated at the centre since 2024, has expanded its floor space by an additional 790 sqm to house a modern pilates zone. Following this expansion, the club’s total footprint exceeds 2,280 sqm.
- Bolton Romania has leased 306 sqm of office space in the Bucharest-based River Plaza. The deal was brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisors.
- IWG has leased 1,297 sqm for a flexible workspace in the Egros Office project in Iași.
New appointments
- Věra Hordóssyová has joined GARBE Group as Account and Financial Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held roles such as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
- Krzysztof Szargawiński has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as an Associate Director. In his new role, Krzysztof will be responsible for leading the department’s projects in the Wrocław region. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market, gained primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice.
- Balázs Kun has joined Avison Young Hungary as Director, Industrial, Land & Development. He brings over 5 years of experience in the Hungarian real estate market, most recently serving at CBRE in the Industrial and Logistics department.
