Property investor Globalworth has purchased a small business units logistics project previously developed by CATTED in Chitila, near Bucharest. Furthermore, the two companies will acquire a land plot of around 45,000 sqm in Ștefănești for a new logistics investment.
CATTED Business Park Chitila, the first industrial park developed exclusively for SMEs, was rented 100% in six months. The project has a total area of 7,500 sqm.
