CATTED Business Park Chitila, the first industrial park developed exclusively for SMEs, was rented 100% in six months. The project has a total area of 7,500 sqm.

“CATTED Business Park Chitila is the first park in our national network that we are going to develop. Since the completion of the project, we have reached a 100% occupancy rate in less than 6 months. This result helps us accelerate the development of the 3rd project, CATTED Business Park Stefanesti, which will be completed by the end of 2021 ", says Tudor Cobâlaș from CATTED.

The second project in the CATTED network is located in Otopeni and includes 4 halls being completed. CATTED Business Park Otopeni has the completion scheduled for March 2021 and is 50% sold/rented. The business park is a project of small storage or production halls, with modern class A finishes and technical equipment, located in the northwestern part of Bucharest, with direct access from the ring road.

“CATTED Business Park Chitila was the best solution for accommodating SMEs that wanted a small industrial space with easy access to road infrastructure and modern specifications. In addition to these advantages, we consider that the flexibility of compartmentalization of storage spaces was an important element in the success of the project", says Cosmin Dinu, Head of Industrial at Activ Property Services.
