Castorama moves into 7R Park Łódź East I
Castorama, Poland's largest chain of home improvement stores, selling construction and finishing products online and in 90 brick and mortar stores across the country, will move to 7R Park Łódź East I. The total area that the tenant will occupy is more than 36,000 sqm. In the lease process, Castorama was advised by JLL.

Tritax sells Łódź warehouse for €65.5 million
London-based investor Tritax EuroBox has agreed to sell its asset in Łódź, Poland for €65.5 million to Savills Investment Management, acting on behalf of the Vestas European Strategic Allocation Logistics Fund (VESALF I), a fund raised solely from Korean institutional investors.

Castorama takes over former Tesco stores in Poland
The Castorama network of renovation and construction stores will expand with five new stores, which until recently operated under the Tesco brand. Each of them will be reconstructed, adapting not only to the standards of the new owner, according to DlaHandlu.pl.

New leases
- Sirowa Poland has relocated its office in the revitalised mixed-use Centrum Praskie Koneser complex. The international distributor of cosmetic and pharmaceutical brands leased 958 sqm in Building P at the development, in a deal brokered by Savills.
- International fashion retailer Primark has opened its fifth Romanian store, spanning 3,185 sqm, at ElectroPutere Mall in Craiova, marking its debut in the country's south-west region. The launch follows a €10 million investment.
- Speedwell has secured four new medical tenants for its Paltim mixed-use urban project in Timișoara. Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi - Filiala Timiș has leased approximately 105 sqm, with an opening scheduled for November 2026. Concurrently, Paul Bold Dental Solutions will open a 143 sqm dental clinic in November 2026. Ophthalmology clinic ArtVision Med & Sofilens Lux has occupied 172 sqm since January 2026. Lastly, Ziva, a dermatology, aesthetics, and gynaecology clinic, has taken 92 sqm and will officially open in July 2026.
New appointments
- Katarína Brydone, Jana Vlková and Vendula Maršová have been appointed as the first Equity Partners of Colliers’ Czech business. Brydone brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate. Vlková has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Maršová, Partner and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services, brings more than 16 years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory.
- BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has expanded its Industrial and Logistics Agency team with the appointments of Joanna Choromańska, formerly of JLL, and Bartosz Wilczyński, previously with CBRE. The new hires bring a combined 34 years of experience in sector sales, lease negotiations, and build-to-suit project delivery to support the division's ongoing growth.
- Speedwell has expanded its industrial and logistics team with the appointment of Valentin Achim as Leasing and Property Manager for Industrial Developments. Achim brings extensive experience in coordinating commercial and operational activities within the logistics and industrial sectors. In his new role, he will oversee the development and expansion of the company's Spaceplus platform.
