Colliers International Czech Republic announced the appointment of Tereza Nemcova as Director of the Human Resources department, in line with the company’s plan to expand its headcount, as well as its footprint throughout the Czech Republic.

During their New Year’s Reception held at the British Ambassador’s Residence in Bucharest, RICS announced the new Advisory Board for Romania, which will be responsible for implementing RICS’ strategic goals locally and will work closely with key stakeholders in Romania.

JLL has appointed Sabine Eckhardt as CEO Central Europe with effect from 1 May, 2020. In the newly created position, which includes full responsibility for Germany and Central Europe, based in Frankfurt, Sabine Eckhardt will help drive continued growth and digital transformation of the international real estate services group. She will also join JLL's EMEA Strategy Board.

Colliers International Czech Republic announced the appointment of Vendula Marsova, MRICS, as its new Head of Valuation and Advisory Services. Vendula started her position in November 2019 and in her new role, she will focus on driving the continued growth and success of the firm’s valuation division; improving client experience, developing relationships and optimising the CRE valuation service delivery model.

The Investment Services department at Colliers International has been joined by Mark Richardson as director. The new expert will be a valuable support for the team managed by Piotr Mirowski. 

The Board of Directors of EPP N.V., the largest owner of retail real estate in Poland in terms of GLA listed on the stock exchanges in Johannesburg and Luxembourg, has announced that it will nominate Tomasz Trzósło for appointment as CEO to succeed Hadley Dean, whose term of office is due to expire. Tomasz Trzósło is expected to assume his role in May 2020. The appointment is subject to approval by the general meeting of shareholders.

From January 2020, Robert Kubinsky, who has been working for the company for 8 years, will step into the CEO shoes to continue delivering the second stage of Agora Budapest in Hungary.

Consulting company Litwiniuk Property has started providing rental / commercialization services and sales of Class A office buildings, logistics parks and shopping centres in Hungary.

Dutch-based property manager MVGM announced the closing in Poland as part of the previously announced acquisition of JLL’s European property management business and the alliance partnership in 10 European countries. As of today, the JLL activities in Portugal and Spain are also integrated into the MVGM company. This marks the completion of the acquisition which includes an additional 12 million square meters to the MVGM European portfolio and access to additional high-profile clients including leading global real estate investors.
