CA Immo placed a €300 million fixed rate senior unsecured green bond with a 3-year maturity and an annual coupon of 3.5%. The issuance was more than 5 times oversubscribed at final terms, with demand from around 70 investors.

From mid-July this year, Dmitry Gavrylenko will join JLL Poland. As Head of Capital Markets Poland, he will be responsible for strengthening the company's offer in the area of capital markets. Dmitry was already associated with JLL, having managed the company's Ukrainian office from 2016 to 2019.

Colliers has promoted Kevin Turpin to Regional Director of Capital Markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with immediate effect.

Their main area of expertise is logistics & retail, office as well as alternative sector and debt advisory respectively.

JLL appointed of Robert Sztemberg as Business Development Director at JLL’s Capital Markets Department, which specializes in providing investment advisory services on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, from large offices and retail centers to industrial portfolios and hotels.
