Oana Iliescu, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, talked to Property Forum about the resilience of Romania’s real estate stock, which remains among the youngest in CEE. From mid-July this year, Dmitry Gavrylenko will join JLL Poland. As Head of Capital Markets Poland, he will be responsible for strengthening the company's offer in the area of capital markets. Dmitry was already associated with JLL, having managed the company's Ukrainian office from 2016 to 2019.

Colliers has promoted Kevin Turpin to Regional Director of Capital Markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with immediate effect. 

Following the departure of Soren Rodian Olsen, who worked in Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield for nearly 10 years and has recently taken up a new position with a Scandinavian private equity group, a current client of Cushman & Wakefield, Jeff Alson, Head of CEE Capital Markets will be now focusing on operations in Poland as a new Head of Capital Markets Poland and will be supporting the local capital markets management team, comprising Pawel Partyka, Marcin Kocerba and Mira Kantor-Pikus. Their main area of expertise is logistics & retail, office as well as alternative sector and debt advisory respectively.

JLL appointed of Robert Sztemberg as Business Development Director at JLL’s Capital Markets Department, which specializes in providing investment advisory services on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, from large offices and retail centers to industrial portfolios and hotels.
