White Star Real Estate has sold the 17,000 sqm Krisztina Plaza office building in Central Buda. The name of the buyer was not disclosed.

CEE-based flex office operator New Work continues to expand in its key markets. In Budapest, the company opened the second phase of its business centre in the Science Park office building in South Buda, adding 2,000 sqm of high-quality flex office space to the local market. In Warsaw, New Work opened a brand location, offering 1,135 sqm, in the Tulipan House office building in the city’s Służewiec district.

Construction of the Római Part residential park by Hungarian developer WING’s umbrella brand Living is already underway just off the riverbank of the Danube in Budapest. The 257-unit complex is the closest residential development of this size to the river.

Indotek Group’s first large-scale residential project in Budapest, Buda Bright, was launched in March 2021 and is planned to be handed over at the end of next year. 

In Q3 2022, the speculative industrial stock in Greater Budapest was expanded by eight buildings, a total of 145,390 sqm, while four new buildings were handed over in Regional Hungary, with a total of 33,380 sqm, Budapest Research Forum (BRF) reports.

Wing has sold the Máriássy office complex in Budapest to GRAWE Immo AG, part of the GRAWE Group. Wing purchased the plot and developed the office buildings in 2003-2005. Financial details were not disclosed about the deal.

In Q3 2022, the volume of new supply in Budapest's office market increased significantly compared to the previous quarter, marking the highest volume since Q2 2020, the Budapest Research Forum (BRF) reports.

Hungarian residential developer Cordia, a subsidiary of Futureal Group, will soon launch a new large-scale district renewal development in Budapest. 

The i6 Residence is near Central Europe's largest urban regeneration development area, the Corvin Promenade and is scheduled to be handed over in 2024.

The second phase of the almost completely contactless Corvin Innovation Campus office building developed by Hungarian firm Futureal has reached its highest point. This part provides 14,310 sqm of office space, and it has been developed according to the energy-cost-sensitive tenants’ needs.
