CPI Europe has reported net profit of €513.5 million for 2025 versus €133.5 million in 2024, driven by positive revaluation results of €211.8 million influenced by market trends in yields and rents in the retail sector.  

CA Immo reported a return to profitability in 2025 with a consolidated net result of €184.4 million, compared to a loss of €66.3 million in 2024. The Austrian real estate company maintained stable net rental income despite ongoing asset disposals and exceeded its financial targets for the year.

MLP Group reported in 2025 revenues of €99.2 million (+15% year-on-year) and net profit of €108.3 million (+25% year-on-year), while achieving a record 370,941 sqm of new and renewed lease agreements. 

Czech investment company ZDR Investments has completed two acquisitions on the Austrian market for its qualified investor fund Zdr Fki. The company acquired the PRO shopping centre in Linz's Urfahr district and Amstetten West retail park in the Mostviertel region for a combined value of €50 million.

CA Immo has signed a three-year revolving credit facility worth €150 million with an option to increase it by €50 million and two one-year extension options. MLP Group has completed a €350 million green bond issuance with a 5-year maturity and fixed coupon of 4.75%, in an offering attracted strong demand and was oversubscribed.

CA Immo has announced the launch of a new share buyback programme following a management board resolution. The programme allows for the repurchase of up to 2,768,907 shares, representing 2.74% of the company's current share capital.

Lululemon announced plans to expand into six new markets in 2026 through franchise partnerships. The athletic apparel brand will launch in Greece, Austria, Poland, Hungary, and Romania through a partnership with Arion Retail Group, as well as in India through Tata CLiQ.

CA Immo reported strong operational performance for the first nine months of 2025, with net rental income rising 4% to €155 million despite ongoing sales of non-strategic properties. At the same time, the company achieved recurring earnings (FFO I) of €93.3 million, up 8% year-on-year.
