Wallberg has obtained the construction permit and financing for the fourth residential building in the XCity Towers complex in Timișoara.

Industrial developer CTP has completed the purchase of six industrial projects and a land bank from Globalworth in Romania for an undisclosed sum.

Industrial and logistics developer VGP has leased 10,000 sqm in VGP Park Arad project to Romanian courier company FAN Courier. Following the latest lease deal, the industrial project has reached full occupancy for its first building.

AFI Europe has completed the construction of its first retail park developed in Romania, located in the city center of Arad, with its inauguration scheduled for November 1. 

Industrial developer CTP says its new CTPark Arad West project has already reached a 40% pre-lease, with delivery slated for Q1 2024. 

Romanian developer Transilvania Construcții has purchased an industrial park in Arad from Comalim in a deal estimated at around €3.5 million. 

CTP has started the development of a new industrial project in Arad with a leasable area of around 100,000 sqm. CTPark Arad West will be the third project owned by CTP in the city. 

Industrial developer WDP has purchased Arad Business Park, with a leasable area of around 42,000 sqm, for an undisclosed sum in a transaction brokered by real estate consultancy Colliers. 

Property group Immofinanz says it has sold the former retail project Armonia Center Arad to investment fund Oresa for an undisclosed sum. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use scheme with industrial and retail components.

The market of industrial spaces in the west of Romania, respectively in the counties of Timiș, Arad and Bihor, continues to attract the attention of investors, after doubling its volume in the last ten years, ranking second after Bucharest. CBRE recently advised pan-European developer VGP on the acquisition of a 39-ha land plot in Arad.
