Ghelamco Poland has chosen JLL as its exclusive leasing agent for its Wołoska 24 office building in Warsaw. Wołoska 24 is a modern, 11-floor office building offering approx. 21,000 sqm of office space, and approx. 1,000 sqm of retail and service space located on the ground floor.

Last June, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as an exclusive commercialisation agent for building “B” of the LIXA office complex being developed by Yareal in Warsaw’s Wola district. The first phase of the development project (buildings A and B) comprising 27,900 sqm of leasable space is expected to be delivered to the market in Q3 2020.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed an exclusive agent for the commercialisation of Fabryczna Office Park under a cooperation agreement signed with the INTER-BUD Group.

JLL has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Infinity - an office scheme in Wrocław which will offer over 22,000 sqm of space. Avestus Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners are responsible for the execution of the investment.

S Immo Hungary, owner of River Estates office building located at the junction of Váci road and Dózsa György road, co-exclusively assigned JLL and Robertson Hungary real estate agencies to lease 9,200 square meters of quality office space.

JLL has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for office and retail space located in Ghelamco's biggest investment in Poland to date, The Warsaw HUB. The complex will consist of three skyscrapers and it will offer approx. 113,000 sqm of multi-functional space.

Knight Frank was appointed sole agent to commercialise V.Offices – a project currently under construction by AFI Europe in Kraków – and buildings B and C of the Sportowa Centrum office complex in Gdynia. Knight Frank has also been appointed property manager of the Lobos office building in Kraków, a property is owned by the Lobos Group.

Tenant representation is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon on the office markets of Central Europe, which is without a doubt a sign of a healthy, growing and more educated market. Their activity, however, often raises ethical questions as it’s still often unclear who pays for their services. Conflict of interest in tenant representation has been one of the key topics of two regional events: the Property Forum - RICS Prague Property Summit 2017 and the latest RICS Hungary Tea & Talk in Budapest.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to acquire tenants and develop a marketing strategy for Trinity One. The owner of the scheme is Revetas Capital.
