Paweł Milcarz, Senior Leasing Manager, Echo Investment, says: “Following Nordea Bank AB and Philips Polska, ZF TRW is another tenant that has decided to lease modern office space in the phase I of Symetris Business Park complex. This agreement is another crucial step in the commercialization process of our Łódź-based investment. The building of phase I is already 80% leased. Currently, we are conducting development of Symetris Business Park's second building. It will provide the market with an additional 9,500 sqm of office space. Its completion and delivery to market is scheduled for autumn 2017.”

Symetris Business Park is a modern office complex providing 17,500 sqm of space located on Aleja Piłsudskiego Street – a main artery of Łódź linking the city centre with two of its biggest districts, namely Widzew and Retkinia. The building has been BREEAM certified.
