Poland's private rental sector is expanding significantly with large players announcing new projects almost every month. Roee Shamir, Managing Director of Aurec Capital Poland shared with Property Forum his insights on the rapidly developing PRS market.

Aurec Capital Poland has acquired three residential buildings in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district with the intention of redeveloping them. 150 rental apartments and retail units will be built under the LivUp PRS brand. The redevelopment project is planned to be completed in early 2022.

International investor Aurec Capital has expanded its portfolio in the private rented sector (PRS) in Poland. The transaction of the Puławska 186 project completed between Aurec Capital Poland and Matexi Polska is worth over €22 million (PLN 100 million). JLL advised the investor on the purchase of the property.
