City Space, an operator of serviced offices, is to open new business centres in Wrocław, Katowice and Gdańsk in the next few weeks. So far the office operator was present in Warsaw and Kraków, its dynamic expansion is an effect of joining forces with Echo Investment.
Before the end of last year City Space gained its third location in Warsaw (Park Rozwoju in Mokotów) and its first business centre outside the capital city (O3 Business Campus in Kraków). Next openings will take place in Wrocław (Nobilis Business House), Katowice (Supersam) and Gdańsk (Tryton Business House). “We are planning to open three to four locations in regional cities by the end of the year”, said Sebastian Rączkowski, Managing Director at City Space.
