Savills has been appointed by Echo Investment to manage an 16,000 sqm office building, Nobilis Business House in Wrocław. The company has also been appointed to manage the 16-storey, mixed-use Wratislavia Tower on behalf of Cinema Tower Sp. z o.o. The 20,000 sqm property officially joined Savills portfolio in December 2016.


Nobilis Business House is located next to the Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping centre, was opened in August 2016 and offers 16,000 sqm to let. Since June 2016, Savills Landlord Representation Team is also an exclusive leasing agent of Nobilis. Main tenants of Nobilis Business House include: BNY Mellon, Synexus, Eurobank, Skapiec.pl and Jadłomania canteen.

Wratislavia Tower comprises 11,000 sqm of office space and service space, including Helios cinema of 8,000 sqm. The building is located in the Wroclaw’s Old Town, at the intersection of Kazimierza Wielkiego and św. Antoniego Streets, 300 m from the Market Square. The building provides parking facility for 140 places. The main tenants include: Helios cinema, fitness club McFit, City Parking Group and T-System.

New appointments

  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
