Romanian proptech startup Bright Spaces has raised €1.5 million to continue the development of its digital leasing solution for commercial real estate. 


The seed round was led by French VC Axeleo Capital, Pi Labs, Sparking Capital, Growceanu and a several angel investors. 

“We are witnessing an accelerated digitization of the commercial real estate industry and an increased interest for tech solutions that facilitate digital leasing and visualization of spaces,” says Bogdan Nicoara, Co-founder and CEO of Bright Spaces. The startup will use the additional funds to developer new features and expand across Europe. 

The startup’s platform has already been used by local property developers of the likes of Skanska and One United Properties.  

Startups developing property technology solutions have joined the digitalization efforts of real estate players across the main market segments.
