Revetas Capital has completed the disposal of Building A of the Bonarka for Business complex in Kraków to Proton Property, a local investor and developer.
Building A comprises approximately 8,300 sqm of office space across seven storeys above ground. The building includes extensive parking infrastructure with one underground level and surface spaces, providing 170 parking spaces and bicycle facilities.
The building is part of Bonarka for Business (B4B), one of Kraków's business parks, offering approximately 76,600 sqm of office space across eight Class A office buildings.
