Resi4Rent opens its seventh building, this time in the north of the country. The first clients have already moved into 301 new premises at Kołobrzeska Street in Gdańsk. This is another step towards the company's goal of building a portfolio of 10 thousand apartments by 2025.

The newly opened project in Gdańsk is located in Gdańsk Przymorze district, in a great transport hub – only 10 minutes on foot from a station of the Fast Urban Railway (SKM), close to stores and a shopping center. The building is located within a 15-minute walk to the President Ronald Reagan Park, and the seaside bike path that takes 10 minutes to reach the beach, goes right next to the building. In total, Resi4Rent offers 301 apartments at Kołobrzeska Street, which are available in 3 subscription plans: Studio, which is a one-room unit, Comfort, which is a two-room unit, and Family, which is a three-room unit.

“We are the largest professional entity in the Polish rental market. We have more than 6 thousand premises in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków, Łódź and Poznań that are finished or under construction. Although the project at Kołobrzeska Street is our first investment in Tri-City, it certainly is not the last. We can see in this region a huge potential to develop the market of high-class subscription apartments. Many private owners rent out their apartments only for 10 months - so that during vacation time they can offer them to summer vacationers. We want to offer  apartments for a full 12 months with a stable contract and transparent conditions. We do not rent out for short periods. We want our clients to stay with us as long as possible and feel safe," says Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.

All Resi4Rent apartments are finished and equipped with all necessary household appliances and basic furniture. For the subscription price, tenants can have access to Wi-Fi, a panel that allows to manage contracts, and a dedicated service office. For cyclists, Resi4Rent provides bicycle racks, and for motorists the company offers the possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage. Each apartment has a balcony or a garden.

Resi4Rent's clients are primarily young starters, singles, foreigners, students, as well as families with children and seniors. 75% of the company's clients are under 34 years. The most popular are apartments with a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom - more than half of the contracts signed are for two-room apartments. The occupancy rate of apartments in the Resi4Rent projects in Wrocław and Łódź remains at the level exceeding 95%. In Warsaw, in Warsaw Breweries - the company's largest project, where 450 apartments are on offer - 99% of the apartments have been leased.

Resi4Rent is the largest company operating in the segment of subscription apartments in Poland. It was established in 2018 and we plan to deliver 10 thousand units to clients by 2025. Currently, the Resi4Rent portfolio of buildings that are finished, under construction and in preparation, includes over 6 thousand units in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków, Łódź and Poznań. Each project that was commissioned at least 6 months ago is fully leased.
