Resi Capital, PRS subsidiary of Cavatina Holding has bought an 11,590 sqm plot located on Tuwima Street in the New Center of Łódź area (Nowe Centrum Łodzi). JLL advised the vendor during this transaction.
The identity of the seller remains confidential. Resi Capital is one of the major local players in the rapidly developing PRS market in Poland and is building a substantial land bank in the most attractive urban locations in Polish cities.
The New Centre of Łódź (NCŁ) is a modern area at the heart of the city combining business, cultural, commercial, and transportation functions. With work underway, an area of nearly 100 ha in the city centre is subject to widespread revitalisation.
