Przystanek Karkonosze, a retail park of 16,000 sqm GLA, is being built in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz. The facility will be located on Karpacka Street at the intersection of roads leading to Karpacz, Kowary, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, forming one of the most attractive retail destinations in the Karkonosze district.

The opening is scheduled for Q2/Q3 2025.

This project is being realized by Redkom Development in cooperation with Trasko Invest Sp. z o.o. as general contractor and Gleeds Polska, which is responsible for project, cost, construction and tenant coordination, as well as BREEAM certification. Mallson Polska is working with Redkom Development on the commercialization of the facility.

The portfolio of retail parks realized by Redkom Development includes: Park Glinianka in Łubna (now BIG Łubna), which was opened in March 2023; Ozimska Park in Opole, opened in November 2023; and Comfy Park Bielik in Bielsko-Biała, opened in December 2024. Przystanek Karkonosze will not only be a new spot on the commercial map but also a place frequently visited by both the local community and numerous tourists.

The commercial proposition of the new facility is being developed taking into account the special requirements of the region and its recreational aspect. Therefore, in addition to diverse mix of tenants, there will be an extensive sports offer of stores such as 4F and Martes Sport.

Przystanek Karkonosze will provide space for numerous fashion, footwear and drugstores, including international chain stores and Polish retailers. A big attraction will be a large-format HalfPrice store, one of the most recognizable and popular brands operating in the off-price concept.
