Real Management S.A. has finalised the purchase of a development plot in Łubna, on the DK79 road connecting Warsaw, Piaseczno and Góra Kalwaria. The 13.3-hectare plot will be used for the Good Point IV project, a modern manufacturing and industrial facility offering a total of 50,000+ sqm of top-quality warehousing space with office facilities for lease.

Good Point IV will consist of five buildings with a total of 45,000 sqm of warehouse space and 5,000 sqm of leasable office space. Construction will take place on a plot in the immediate vicinity of the DK79 road, ensuring a fast connection to Warsaw (via ul. Puławska) and the junction in Góra Kalwaria. The location also provides convenient access to the S7 and S17 expressways. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2024.

“With the finalisation of the land acquisition in Łubna, we have taken another important step in implementing our business strategy for the coming years, which is based on manufacturing and industrial developments,” said Arkadiusz Płociński, vice president of Real Management S.A. “I am convinced that thanks to Good Point IV’s highly attractive location and our experience in the development of modern warehousing facilities in that general area, we will create a facility with top-notch appeal to tenants.”

In line with its strategic goals for the next four years, Real Management S.A. plans to develop a further 500,000 sqm of production and industrial space under the name Good Point and 44,000 sqm of residential space in Warsaw as part of the Neo Natolin single-family housing development.
