PSN has obtained the approval for building use of the Skyline project in Prague's Chodov with small residential units. The project has been developed as the reconstruction of a part of the Top Hotel.

Residents of 277 units ranging from 22 to 49 sqm can use the gym, yoga room or party room with table football and large-screen TV. There is also a lounge in the reception area, laundry and drying room, bike room, carriage room, cellars directly on the floor or cellar cubicles on the 1st underground floor. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of Prague on the roof terrace, while an outdoor relaxation zone with a fireplace will be created in front of the house. The building also includes 12 offices and 59 parking places.

"By combining traditional and community elements, we have created a concept that will be appreciated especially by younger people for start-up or student housing," explains Jaroslav Macháč, Residential Projects Director at PSN and adds: "Now, in cooperation with the company Bureš & partners, which specialises in real estate investments, we offer an opportunity with a return of up to 16.6% per annum. Until November 30, investors can acquire selected 2+kk units with an immediate discount of 4% and enjoy monthly rental income of up to CZK 20,000 (€789). We will provide everything from choosing a unit to securing a mortgage to complete property management, including interior fittings and tenant selection." About a quarter of residential units are currently left for sale.
