Retailer Profi has signed an extension of its lease agreement for 52,000 sqm of warehouse space in the Logicor Ploiești logistics park.

The company has been operating from the Logicor Ploiești logistic park for the past 10 years and its capacity has twice expanded. The transaction was brokered by real estate consultancy JLL Romania.

Profi’s CEO Gaetan Pacton said: “In the consistent expansion of our network we value maintaining a partner base of professional companies that act consistently in support of growth and quality. Logicor Ploiesti falls in the category of logistic parks that we appreciate so we consequently count on it in the years to come.”

Currently, Logicor Romania’s portfolio exceeds 260,000 sqm of A-class warehouse space of which 82,000 sqm were developed and delivered over the past 18 months. Logicor’s owned land zoned for logistics allows for the incremental development of more than 400,000 sqm in key economic hubs around the country.
