Panattoni Europe is building a production facility for Reuss Seifert, German-based supplier of components for the construction industry. The facility featuring in excess of 30,000 sqm is going up in Nowa Sól, at the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. The contract was mediated by CBRE.

Panattoni Europe will deliver a production facility for Reuss Seifert, one of the main suppliers of components for the construction industry in the German market. The investment emerged as a result of the relocation and expansion of operations of four factories and one warehouse in Germany, as well as the consolidation of production and warehousing in Poland. In the 30,000-square-metre building, manufacturing space with the warehousing section will account for more than 28,700 sqm and will be divided into zones corresponding to product lines made of metal, plastic and concrete, such as reinforcement elements, plastic and metal spacers, formwork accessories and lintels.

The facility is being built on a site with an area in excess of 9.8 ha in Nowa Sól, at the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, and the construction will proceed in two stages – the first one to be completed in the coming July, and the second in the autumn 2017, when the facility will be commissioned by the developer. Such a solution will enable the tenant to start implementing production already this year, and to complete the process in March 2018.
