Construction works on the investment for Raben Logistics Poland are scheduled to commence in late September / early October 2016, and to finish in the second half of December 2017. It is a strategic location for clients who focus on providing logistics services in the Warsaw market as well as nationwide.” The transaction was mediated by BNP Paribas Real Estate, represented by Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, Head of Industrial & Logistics Department, Central and Eastern Europe.
