The logistics project Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint has reached full occupancy, over robust demand for industrial projects in the greater Budapest area.
Thus, all four warehouse units, totaling over 17,000 sqm, are now leased to seven companies.
László Kemenes, Managing Director of Panattoni Hungary, said: “Despite ongoing geopolitical and economic challenges, demand for premium industrial space remains strong across the region — particularly in Hungary, where this segment continues to outperform. The 100% occupancy of our Törökbálint project confirms that the market expects modern and sustainable logistics infrastructure.”
The project, which has achieved BREEAM Excellent certification, is located 12 km from central Budapest with direct motorway access.
This prime position makes it an ideal hub for sectors requiring last-mile urban delivery, such as food logistics and pharmaceuticals.
At present, Panattoni Hungary is preparing further developments, including approximately 150,000 sqm of speculative space in Gyál (64,000 sqm) and Herceghalom (78,000 sqm), as well as several upcoming BTS projects.
