In 2020 Poland’s first NYX Hotel will open in the middle of the three Varso Place buildings HB Reavis is developing. It will occupy almost 20,000 sqm of space on fifteen floors. The four-star hotel will offer 331 rooms.


Part of the Leonardo Hotels chain, NYX Hotels already operate in Milan, Madrid, Prague, Munich, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and other attractive locations will soon follow.
 
During the hotel operator search process and lease agreement negotiations, HB Reavis was assisted by experts from Cushman & Wakefield and Hotel Professionals.
 
Visitors of the 144,000 sqm mixed-use development will also be able to enjoy an observation deck at 230m above ground, a signature restaurant and a bar on the top of the nearby Varso Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Europe.
 
The complex will be directly connected to the Central Station and situated within a five-minute walk of the nearest metro station.
