Českomoravská Nemovitostní has announced a new tenant in the Churchill II office building in Prague city centre.  Next.Move is opening its branch there at the beginning of 2026.

A fast-growing fitness and wellness concept combines exercise, regeneration and a modern approach to longevity. Next.Move was established in 2022 to offer Prague a premium fitness environment at the level of Western Europe. Today it has four branches - in Holešovice, Karlín, Vinohrady and Smíchov - and more than 3,000 members.

The new branch in Churchill II will become the largest in the Next.Move network. A fitness zone with state-of-the-art technology and equipment will be created on an area of 1,200 sqm, and will be expanded by a wellness and longevity area with saunas, cooling pools, red light therapy and a relaxation lounge. It will also include signature classes and popular training methods – from Pilates Reformer group lessons to the official training centre for Hyrox.

"We are very happy that such a progressive tenant is coming to the Churchill II building. We believe that Next.Move will not only enrich the services for our current tenants, which include the companies Deloitte, FEG and Red Bull, but will also contribute to the overall comfort and healthy lifestyle within the entire Churchill complex," says Josef Eim, Deputy Chairman of the ČMN Board of Directors.
